Logo Design: Biggz Sports Balls

Biggz is a logo design and rebranding project for a manufacturer of sports balls. They make basketballs, softballs, volleyballs and more. The concept is that everyone wants to make it to the big leagues and be a star. Taking these thoughts and concepts, I developed the lettering to be bold, and the negative space between the g and z contains a star shape to tie together the concept. The logo is one color, but the space between the main letters and the outline stroke is transparent, so whatever the logo is printed on, the background shows through. This gives the perception of 2 colors, while only being one, cutting down on printing costs.
